The project

Prepare, Promote, and Practice: Using Online PLCs to Develop Pre-Service Art Teacher Identities is a project led by Sara Scott Shields and Rachel Fendler, faculty in the Department of Art Education at Florida State University. This project seeks to improve outcomes for early career art teachers by develop professional learning communities in preservice cohorts.
